Many thanks to Klövsjö Gårdsbryggeri and brewmaster Jan Zakrisson for the invitation to the opening ceremony and the start of the official farm sale approved by the Swedish government.
As one of the first breweries in Jämtland (Sweden), Klövsjö Gårdsbryggeri has now permission to sell strong wine, cider and beer along with spirits, directly from the brewery.
The theme of the opening ceremony was called ”The First Supper” (a spin-off on ”The Last Supper”, of course) and referred to the fact that the new laws for alcohol sales at the craft breweries in Sweden has finally come into effect.

And, many thanks to Restaurang Humleliret who provided the delicious food at this unique event.

After working with the brewery´s and the restaurant´s various marketing material, and after following the two company’s development since the start back in 2010, it is especially gratifying to see that the farm sale has finally become a reality.

From June 1, 2025, it is legal to buy strong wine, cider and beer along with spirits, directly from a craft brewery in Sweden (if the brewery has received its permit).
